Wellness Care

Wellness programs for energy, prevention, and long-term health

Wellness care connects symptoms, lifestyle, labs, hydration, nutrition, sleep, stress, and personal goals into a practical plan.

Colorful healthy food for wellness and prevention planning

Patient-focused care

Wellness care that supports energy, prevention, and daily routines.

A wellness visit can connect nutrition, hydration, vitamin review, sleep, stress, metabolic health, and prevention into one clear plan.

IV wellness reviewVitamin supportPrevention

Wellness programs

Wellness care can include IV hydration review for eligible patients, vitamin and nutrient support, metabolic health planning, sleep and stress conversations, annual wellness checkups, hormone health review, and follow-up coaching. Every wellness option should be reviewed with the clinical team so it fits your symptoms, medical history, medications, labs, and goals.

IV Hydration and IV wellness support

IV hydration is designed to deliver fluids directly into the bloodstream and may be discussed for patients who want hydration support, wellness optimization, or recovery support after travel, exercise, heat exposure, or busy work schedules. IV hydration is not a replacement for emergency care, and patients with severe dehydration, chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, confusion, severe vomiting, or stroke-like symptoms should seek urgent or emergency evaluation.

Hydration base

Normal saline or balanced fluids

Used to support fluid volume and hydration. The clinical team reviews health history because some patients, including those with heart failure, kidney disease, or fluid restrictions, may not be candidates.

Vitamin C

Immune and antioxidant support

Vitamin C supports normal immune function and antioxidant pathways. It may be considered as part of a wellness blend when appropriate for the patient.

B complex

Energy metabolism support

B vitamins help the body use food for energy and support nerve and cellular function. They are commonly discussed for fatigue, busy schedules, and general wellness support.

Vitamin B12

Nerve and red blood cell support

B12 is important for nerve health, red blood cell formation, and energy metabolism. Patients with low levels, certain diets, or absorption issues may benefit from evaluation.

Magnesium

Muscle and relaxation support

Magnesium is involved in muscle function, nerve signaling, and many enzyme processes. It may be reviewed for patients with cramps, tension, or low magnesium risk.

Zinc

Immune and cellular support

Zinc supports immune function, wound healing, and normal cellular activity. It should be balanced carefully because too much zinc can affect other nutrients.

Glutathione

Antioxidant support

Glutathione is an antioxidant involved in cellular protection and detoxification pathways. It may be discussed as part of a wellness plan, depending on patient goals and medical history.

Amino acids

Recovery and wellness support

Amino acids are building blocks for proteins and may support muscle recovery, general wellness, and nutrition plans when used appropriately.

Anti-nausea support

Comfort during selected visits

Some patients may need nausea support when clinically appropriate. Medication options require provider review and are not used for unexplained severe symptoms without evaluation.

Customized blends

Based on goals and safety

IV add-ins should be personalized. The safest plan considers allergies, medications, pregnancy status, kidney function, heart history, and current symptoms.

Safety note: IV hydration and supplement add-ins are elective wellness services for appropriate patients. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and they should not delay urgent medical care. A clinician may recommend labs, medication review, or a different plan based on your history.

HRT: Hormone Replacement Therapy review

Hormone Replacement Therapy, often called HRT, may be discussed for patients experiencing symptoms related to hormone changes, such as hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, mood changes, vaginal dryness, low libido, fatigue, or changes around menopause or andropause. A wellness visit can include symptom review, medical history, risk factors, medication review, and lab discussion when appropriate.

Women's hormone health

Menopause and perimenopause support

HRT may be considered for selected patients after reviewing symptoms, age, personal and family history, breast health, clotting risk, cardiovascular risk, and treatment goals.

Men's hormone health

Low testosterone evaluation

Men with fatigue, low libido, reduced muscle mass, mood changes, or other concerns may need a careful evaluation. Testosterone therapy is considered only when clinically appropriate.

Clinical review

Labs, risks, and follow-up

Hormone care may require baseline labs, follow-up labs, dose monitoring, and ongoing review of benefits, side effects, and safety.

Personalized plan

Not one-size-fits-all

Options can vary by patient and may include lifestyle changes, non-hormonal support, topical or oral treatments, injections, or referral when needed.

HRT safety note: Hormone therapy is not right for everyone. Patients with certain cancer histories, clotting disorders, uncontrolled cardiovascular risk, liver disease, pregnancy, or other risk factors may need alternatives or specialist input.
